Who is Coach Hieb? Dave Hieb will suit up for his 23rd season as the Head Coach of the 2018 University of Northwestern Baseball Program. He is a three-time Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Coach of the Year Award winner, and a 25-year honoree by the American Baseball Coaches Association.

Coach Hieb holds the all-time school history for career coaching wins, hitting the 300-victory mark at the conclusion of the 2012 season and owns the record for most seasons as the baseball program's head coach (22), as well as the most games coached in school history.

He will be bringing his knowledge and systems for developing players to the Andover Baseball Association.  He will lend his expertise to you “The ABA Coaches” to help better develop your team. This active participation clinic will cover many aspects of the game and the drills to help your team succeed.
