Volunteers
All volunteer opportunites will be handled by logging in with your Andover Baseball username and password and selecting the DIBS button. If you have not created an account please do so by clicking on the link below. All families are required to work at least 4 hours in order to fulfill their volunteer obligations. All available opportunites are on a first come, first serve basis. Any questions should be direct to the volunteer director at volunteers@andoverbaseball.org.

Volunteer FAQs
When will you cash my $150 volunteer check?
The check will be cashed at the end of the season once time and efforts have been verified with families that have participated with the volunteer director's records.
Do I have to send in a volunteer check if I have signed up to coach?
Yes, all participants are required to send in a volunteer check at time of registration.
How many hours do I have to volunteer so that my check isn't cashed?
Each family is required to work at least 4 hours, helping at various duties approved by the volunteer director.
What type of jobs are available for me to help with?
We have many opportunites for each family to help. Some opportunites include helping at our many tournaments, equipment check-out or check-in, player uniform check-out or check-in, traveling try-outs and many more. Please check our website for available opportunities by clicking on the DIBS button.
Can I help out with my son/daughter's team and have that count for my volunteer hours?
Each team is allowed a head coach, two assistant coaches and one team parent to help at the team level. It is up to the head coach to select his assistant coaches and team parent. Once those selections are made it is up to the head coach to report the names to the volunteer director for credit. Extra team help may be needed throughout the season, however that time at practices or games will not count towards your volunteer time.
Will you mail my volunteer check back to me at the end of the season if I have fulfilled my four hour obligation?
No, we will shred your volunteer check at the end of the season if you have fulfilled your volunteer obligation.
