8-14 year old players have a choice to play in-house or to try out for traveling baseball.  The in-house program continues to focus on fundamentals with increasing emphasis on game mechanics and game situations.  Teams from Andover play each other at their own age levels.  Players age 9 - 14 are drafted by coaches.
